REDLINE · OPEN SOURCE

Redline is a statistical-rigor auditor for single-cell RNA-seq. It re-runs the load-bearing statistics on your own AnnData .h5ad, marks the false discoveries on your own figures, and hands back corrected code that downloads and runs, all before the analysis becomes a paper.

Point it at your own .h5ad: pnpm i && pnpm dev opens the plots-first workbench, or add the rigor engine to Claude as a skill and let it re-run the stats.

RULE 01
Correct, and show your work.
Every correction is reproducible and cited, and the corrected code downloads and runs on your own data.
RULE 02
No fabricated fixes.
When a design is unsalvageable, a full confound or n = 1, Redline says so and shows no corrected result.
RULE 03
Never cry wolf.
A clean analysis renders as Verified, in green, with the same confidence as a flag.
